  • No cookie-cutter programs here. At Driven, we design our treatment and performance plans based on you.

    We have a full gym set up and make your Physical Therapy look a whole lot like a personal training session. Make sure you bring your gym clothes!

  • Physical Therapy goes much further than the 1x per week session. All our clients receive access to our mobile app where you’ll have video access to your workouts written up by your Physical Therapist. Never go a day without knowing what you should be working on!

  • We focus not just on your injuries, but your full health and wellness routine. Not only will you get homework based on your injury, but our Physical Therapists will dive into your weekly workouts, sleeping habits, stress-reducing activities and much more!

5 weeks ago I had to DNS the Chesapeake Bay Bridge 4.4 mile swim due to a jacked up shoulder. Yesterday, I comfortably swam The Ocean Games 9 mile swim. Weekly visits with Dr. Kate and daily tailored rehab workouts settled down the irritations and started the rebuilding process. We are not done yet but this was a big deal. I’ve swum every OC9 over the last 10 years and didn’t want to be sidelined.

BTW- We are also rehabbing my hip. FAI surgery 11 years ago probably saved my hip but left me in pain after speed and distance over 5 miles. Longer, faster runs are showing promise!”
